Most of the payments were reportedly transferred directly into the accounts of the accused.
However, when Sukhchain Singh reached Delhi Airport to travel to Canada, he discovered that the visa provided to him by the agents was fake.
Realizing the fraud, he returned home and started demanding his money back from the travel agents.

According to Sukhchain Singh, despite repeated requests since 2023, the accused have neither returned the money nor taken responsibility for the fake visa.
