Cheated Job Aspirants For Lakhs, On Tuesday, The Ernakulam police arrested a man on the charge of cheating job aspirants of lakhs of rupees by promising them work permit for South Korea.
The accused is Martin, 44, of Ayyampuzha. He is accused of cheating two people from Thannipuzha of approximately ₹14 lakh. The Money was transferred to his account by the victims on the commitment of getting them work permit for South Korea. Martin made them believe that he was working in that country and has good contacts there. As per police officials Martin has cheated many people and similar cases are registered against him at various police stations. Immigration Frauds
