Home:- Chandigarh Firm Quicknoxx Solutions Booked For Visa Fraud, Chandigarh Police has registered two more FIR against an immigration company Quicknoxx Solution Pvt Ltd for duping lacs of rupees from the complainants in pretext of providing Canada work permit.
The investigation officer said, That a case FIR No. 74, U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Rajat Jaswal, Ajay Singh and Parkash all resident of Distt. Una, Himachal against Quicknoxx Solutions Pvt Ltd, SCO No. 2430, 2nd Floor, Sector-22-C, Chandigarh cheated Rs. 4, 80, 000/-, each from Rajat and Ajay and Rs. 350000/- from Prakash Chand to provide them Canada work permit. But later neither they provided the work visa nor returned the money.
In another case FIR No. 75, U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in Police Station -17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Akash Walia resident of Karnal, Haryana against Quicknoxx Solution Pvt Ltd, SCO No. 2430, 2nd Floor, Sector-22-C, Chandigarh cheated Rs. 3, 43, 000/-, from him to provide the Australia work. But like others the firm neither provided work visa nor returned the money.
The concerned officer said that, They had received near-about 25 complaints against Gill and his team from even places as far as Bihar and more cases were likely to be registered against him.
