Chandigarh Based Firm Booked For Immigration Fraud
Immigration Fraud In Chandigarh, 3 people booked for allegedly cheating for Rs 1.75 lakh on the pretext of providing a work visa of Singapore. The complainant, Mr Harjinder Singh a resident of Hoshiarpur, Punjab, alleged that Bunty, alias Amandeep, Neelam Kumar, Lokesh Kumar and others, who have their office in Sector 26, Chandigarh cheated him and his friend of Rs. 1.75 lakh to provide them a work visa. The people have also allegedly cheated around 30 other persons. The police have registered a case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act at the PS Sector 26, Chandigarh.
