Singh pretended to be an ex-embassy member and took the complainant in a faith that he has links in the embassy and he can arrange them a visa.

Singh asked them to pay the initial amount to start the process, he took Rs 2 lakh in the name of initial deposit and a certificate which was required to start the the procedure. After a month he again demanded Rs 11 lakh in the name of blocked account money for a German study visa. Singh again demanded Rs 3.70 lakh in the name of health insurance and 1st semester college/University fee.

Singh also arranged and gave the fake acceptance letter of the university. Singh was demanding more money to get the visa done. The complainant got suspicious when Singh used to promise the date to give the visa but never sticked to his promise. Finally Singh neither gave us the visa nor he returned our money.
