Jalandhar DC revoked 239 Immigration Consultants and 129 IELTS centres license. A big action taken against the immigration consultants and IELTS centres for allegedly violating norms laid down under the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2014. Immigration Frauds
On Friday, Mr Jaspreet Singh the Deputy Commissioner of Jalandhar revoked business licences of 239 immigration consultants and 129 IELTS centres for not complying with the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2014.
The Show cause notices already had been issued to a total of 1,320 including Immigration consultants/Ticketing agents/IELTS centres for violating rules under the 2014 Act. 495 Out of 1320 failed to submit their written replies, therefore their licences has been suspended with immediate effect.
At the same time, the DC, Jalandhar has advised all the licence holders consultants and IELTS centres to ensure strict adherence to the norms prescribed under the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2014. Our FB Page
