“Attention Don’t Do This” Many applicants lie to their visa officers on the directions of their visa agent. Somehow It is a serious crime to lie the visa officer, or to send false information/documents to The Embassy. This is fraud and It’s called misrepresentation. Immigration Frauds Home
Misrepresentation can involve either hide, false or altered documents, such as:
- Passports
- Visas History
- Educational like Diplomas, Degrees,
- Experience or Apprenticeship

If you lie in your application or in an interview with The Embassy/High Commission/Visa Officer, this is also fraud. They will straight way refuse your application and, you could be banned for 5 years and life time as well.
